Are you the kind of person who thrives at the intersection of people, product, and problem-solving? QA.tech is looking for a Community & Developer Relations Specialist who can wear multiple hats: community builder, developer advocate, and go-to technical support voice.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape our early go-to-market journey, build strong ties with developers, and create a support experience that feels like magic.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Grow and engage our developer community through Discord, forums, events, and content
- Represent the voice of developers internally, advocating for their needs with product and engineering
- Host or support community-led initiatives like AMAs, livestreams, etc
- Create content: tutorials, troubleshooting guides, blog posts, and documentation
- Handle technical inquiries from our early users with empathy and clarity
- Build scalable support systems and improve how we interact with the community at every touchpoint
🔍 You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have experience in DevRel, community building, or technical support
- Love talking to developers and making complex topics approachable
- Can troubleshoot issues and explain things clearly, without the jargon overload
- Are proactive, collaborative, and not afraid to try new things
- Know your way around tools like GitHub, Discord, or Notion
- Bonus: You’ve created technical content, hosted events, or worked in early-stage startups
