If you’re passionate about helping technical users succeed, enjoy solving complex product challenges, and want to work closely with both customers and the product team – this role is for you.
This is a high-impact, early-stage opportunity where you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our customers get the most out of QA.tech.
💻 What you’ll be doing:
- Onboard new customers and ensure they’re set up for success from day one
- Be the first contact of technical support, helping users troubleshoot issues and navigate the platform with confidence
- Build strong, long-term relationships with technical stakeholders (think QA leads, engineers, CTOs)
- Monitor product usage and proactively identify areas where customers may need help or training
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams
- Create and maintain support documentation and resources as we grow
- Help us build the foundation for what customer success and support should look like at QA.tech
🫵 You are:
- Experienced in technical support, QA engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
- A strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and deeply empathetic to user needs
- Familiar with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Slack, and maybe even some basic SQL or API testing
- Excited to join an early-stage team and shape processes from scratch
