What You’ll Do:

  • Champion QA.tech: Introduce and sell our solutions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and QA leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Craft the Playbook: Develop sales strategies, refine messaging, and establish processes that resonate with technical decision-makers.
  • Shape the Product: Collaborate with our founding team to ensure client feedback informs product development.
  • Set the Foundation: Build scalable sales practices, best-in-class playbooks, and strategies to grow the team.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Exceed revenue targets within your first 6 months.
  • Maintain a pipeline filled with qualified opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to enhance our product-market fit.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
    • Proven success selling to technical buyers like CTOs and QA leaders.
    • Startup experience is a bonus (you love building processes from scratch).
  • Skills:
    • A knack for translating technical solutions into clear business value.
    • Exceptional prospecting, pipeline management, and deal-closing skills.
    • CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, or your preferred tools).
  • Mindset:
    • You’re entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited by the unknown.
    • You think big but nail the details.
    • You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
