🫵 Who you are

We are looking for a designer to coordinate our design work on QA.tech. You need to be flexible as your work will span visual identity, user experience, product design, and marketing design and the primary focus will be on product design.

👌 The Role

You will cooperate closely with Patrick (CPO), developers, and customers to progress on our roadmap, solve problems for our customers, and build a best-in-class user experience. Based on your needs we can outsource parts of UI design and branding.

We expect you to be very hands-on and be able to take responsibility and lead your own work. You should be able to map out expectations and requirements and follow up so the design has solved the problem for the customers. An interest in how AI transforms products is key to excelling in this role. A problem-solving mindset will be required to be as innovative as possible.

To thrive in the role you need to be highly skilled and fairly stress tolerant.

Required skills

• 5y experience in product design for web apps
• Fluent in Figma
• Experience with visual language, design patterns, and design systems.

Qualifying skills:

• Designed web apps aimed at developers
• Worked as a designer in a SaaS company
• Worked with or interested in AI
• Been part of a similar stage startup
