Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Expertise: Lead financial and operational analyses, build sophisticated financial models, and monitor our progress towards financial and operational benchmarks. Ensure the integrity of our financial practices and streamline processes through Hubspot automations.
• Strategic Execution: Forge strong alliances with the executive team to refine and enact our strategic vision. Spot and evaluate key strategic opportunities, including market expansions, potential partnerships, and acquisition targets.
• Project Management: Spearhead crucial projects under the CEO's guidance to bolster our growth and address organizational challenges. Exercise initiative in pinpointing improvement areas, leveraging data to inform your strategies, and closely collaborate with various departments to implement and refine these strategies.
• Organizational Development: Aid in structuring the organization for efficiency and effectiveness. Identify talent gaps and lead strategic recruitment efforts to bridge these voids. Keep a pulse on the market and competitors to guide informed decision-making.
• Fundraising and Relations: Craft and manage insightful communications with investors, detailing our strategic milestones and financial health to support informed decisions. Partner with the Founder to develop a robust fundraising strategy and prepare essential materials like pitch decks.

This role requires someone with at least 3 years of experience working in a start-up, consultancy, or another fast-paced, dynamic environment, where they have demonstrated a history of exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, favoring a data-driven approach to decision-making. They should have a proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to think critically and break down complex problems. This role demands excellent teamwork skills and the capacity to excel in high-pressure situations. The candidate should also be adept at managing multiple projects across different business functions simultaneously, acting as a determined executor who tackles tasks with urgency and precision.
